JUS Fine Food caters for corporate and private clients in London and the Home Counties.
For 20 years we have provided specialist event catering for private parties, family celebrations, weddings and corporate entertaining.

We work in private homes, offices, gardens and marquees or at a venue of your choosing. Albeit in a boardroom, a loft apartment or a castle in Kent, we will see to it that your event is spectacular in every way. Our event management team offers expert advice and will help you to plan and pull everything together to ensure your party is a success.

COMPANY HISTORY
JUS Fine Food was established in 1998 and is headed up by Chris Edwards, Chef Director.
Chris began his career at London's deluxe Claridges Hotel. Wanting to broaden his experience internationally, he moved to South Africa, accepting a post as sous chef at The Carlton Hotel & Carlton Court in Johannesburg, a 5-star Westin International Hotel. Returning to London 4 years later, he went on to work for Prue Leith for over 10 years, most notably as executive chef for the Directors of Sea Containers and The Orient Express Group.
In 1998 he started JUS Fine Food.
Under his personal supervision, JUS Fine Food quietly developed its reputation for consistently providing excellent food and professional service. This has seen him expand his longstanding client base year on year through repeat business, personal recommendation and referral. Chris loves what he does and it shows! He can't wait to go to work every morning and counts himself immensely lucky to have found his true vocation in life.
A dedicated chef, Chris remains true to his classical training and to maintaining the standards of culinary excellence borne from working only in top class fine dining establishments.
FOOD PHILOSOPHY
All our food and ingredients are carefully sourced from specialist and local suppliers.
All fresh produce is sourced from within the UK wherever possible, which ensures that it is often organic and always seasonal. Our meat is supplied to Farm Assured standards and we choose to use only sustainable fish and seafood.
Our menus are contemporary in style, inspired by modern chefs and international flavours.
We draw inspiration from all over the world: modern British to classic French to rustic Mediterranean; spicy Indian, Middle Eastern, North African or Thai; to authentic Japanese.
